THE TROUBLED PEACEFUL MAN (Conclusion)

Continuation

We look up to fathers of faith as role models, men like Bishop Oyedepo and the likes;

As though they are living a perfect life by the virtue of their great exploits;

We see peace, joy and love radiating in the spirituality of their personality;

We wish to be rich and financially blessed like them;

We wish to perform different signs and wonders the same way they do;

We think they were born with special anointing and that they have never faced any difficulties before;

We thought they have never in any way struggled with little foxes and secret faults before;

With all zealousness, peacefulness, love and enjoyment they speak about God to everyone;

They joyously teach and preach to people but they may be experiencing hard times at a moment;

We had forgotten that bad and hard times befell them seriously when they started ministry;

At the time to take up the mantle of the gospel, they were confused, disturbed and scared;

And even till date they are still going through some hard times which are not obvious to us;

As a matter of fact, hard times will continue coming till Jesus comes (John 16:33);

Many things are unknown to us which trouble their lives trying to bring them down to depth;

Even in their present state of assumed financial satisfaction and high spiritual height;

Have ye forgotten that the higher your spiritual status, the tougher the journey becomes?

And the deeper you grow in spiritual things the greater and stronger your troubles becomes;

These great men of God are facing strong trials beyond our initial level of understanding;

The effectiveness of their spiritual life has given activeness to their physical life;

Love, Joy and peace radiates in their faces because they think of others more than themselves;

They could rightly address their situations because they are aware of the power within them;

These troubled peaceful men are not bothered because they know their reality in Christ;

They know their spiritual rights in controlling the physical so they are no more ritual rats;

No doubt there are times fears, trials, anxieties and confusions will come;

So great and strong as though they were almost doubting God and denying their faith;

Yet they still give us words of encouragement to comfort us in the Lord;

They teach us and discipline us in the way of the Lord;

And these great men of God are still living a peaceful life;

They are troubled within yet they are peaceful to people without;

As they are troubled peaceful men of God, so are we, let us learn to standout.

[When God solve your problems, you have faith in His abilities;

When He does not solve your problem, He has faith in your abilities;

We learn some things in prosperity but we learn so much more in adversity;

You should know that ‘Life is never so bad at its worst that it is impossible to live,

Yet, life is never so good at its best that it is easy to live, LIFE IS JUST LIFE’] (Copied).

Finally my beloved brethren, in the midst of it all, let us stand up strong in faith;

It is the truth of the word of God that we don’t walk by sight but by faith;

The best thing to do now is to come and depend on God in faith;

In honesty, sincerity and simplicity explain yourself to God with faith;

Express yourself to him about the fear fighting against your faith.

The comforter is there to do His work in such times of unstable faith;

It is normal to be experiencing tough and hard times that waves our faith;

And it seems as though no one can solve it neither could there be a solution to it;

You are struggling with secret issues, bad habits or high level of indiscipline;

Sometimes you feel ashamed to study and meditate the word of God;

You downgrade yourself as though you are unfit to teach the word of God;

Your low self-esteem would incapacitate your mindset about Christ the word of God;

The ugly situations are so eminent that they seems to have taken away your peace;

Don’t stop informing God, He is there and listening to you.

At this juncture, you must remember that you remain a peaceful man;

No amount or level of troubles, fears and anxieties can deactivate that in you;

Remember that the comforter which is the Holy Spirit resides in you;

Give Him expression and let Him take charge and take care of you;

You don’t have to run away from the fear, but rather face it;

You are not permitted to be exploited but to do great exploits for Christ;

Let your thinking mentality focus on your reality as a peaceful man;

It is normal sometimes to be troubled but be conscious that you are a channel of peace;

Troubling might be a fact but the truth is that you are a man of peace;

And Christians live not by facts but by the truth of the word of God;

Therefore truth supersedes facts in high range of percentage;

And faith is what gives us a high level of the truth’s advantage;

KNOW THE TRUTH!

HAVE FAITH IN THE TRUTH

BELIEVE THE TRUTH!

SAY AND DECLARE THE TRUTH!

ACT ON THE TRUTH!

AND LIVE BY THE TRUTH!
