SHORT MESSAGE ON SALVATION

SOMEONE SAID SALVATION WAS GOTTEN FROM INCARNATION BUT NOT CORRECT, HERE IS SALVATION, IT WAS GOTTEN FROM RESURRECTION!

Salvation is best explained in John 3:16 and especially Romans 10:8-10

Salvation is simple explained by BELIEVING THE GOSPEL.

What is d gospel?

Romans 10:8-10

But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Romans.4:24-25

But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead; 25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.

Any teaching outside this is an Antichrist teaching

Salvation is believing d gospel

And d gospel is Christ died for our sins and resurrected for our justification.

Atheists love Christ.

But none of them believe the gospel which is Christ died and resurrected

If Christ decided to just come on Earth and just died like normal person, he has not done any saving at all.

Salvation is d work done in his crucifixion, death, burial and resurrection.

He did not start salvation by coming to earth, no!

He came to show us the real character of God while on Earth but his main mission is not to start salvation by living, salvation can only be in his death and resurrection.

About d Old Testament fathers of faith, they didn't receive salvation until Christ died as well.

They believe that a saviour is coming to save them, that's y heb.11 started by defining d kind of faith they have which is the substance of things hope for and evidence of things unseen or to come, they have faith and that's exactly what approved them of being saved by Jesus death and resurrection, by faith Abel, Abraham, Enoch, David, Noah even Samson and others, they are saved because they had faith of Christ coming to save them, it did not happened during their time but they have faith it will surely happen.

The same way are d people who existed during Jesus time, salvation is yet to be accomplished when Jesus was yet to die, hence the people during his time were unsaved men, they are not saved including his disciples.

Until after he resurrected, Peter was not saved.

That's y I said if Judas had not judged himself and waited till then, he would have also be SAVED because the reappearing of Jesus after death would have also convinced him to believed it.

I just felt some may not understand what salvation is as well. This is just a little glimpse of d topic salvation.

Soteriology is a very wide topic in theology but this should help to some level.
